Sooner than expected January 15, 2024
Hello Everyone,
I love y'all and am so grateful for everything y'all have done for me. I'm especially grateful that y'all have read these crazy emails. Sometimes I didn't even know how they were going to end up. I love y'all so much.
I feel that I am getting to the point where I don't know what to write. I feel that y'all already know how my week I'd before I even write about it. I have been truly blessed and love the Lord.
That having been said I'm still writing this weekly.
I'll start by talking about something that hasn't happened before in my life. We were teaching a less active family, and the lessons was going great until we had an unexpected distraction. This was in a trailer home and the entire house was heated by fire heater. (I don't know exactly what it was called. It was like a fire place, but it was metal and wasn't in the wall. ) Don't ask me why but the fire heater just started smoking. Smoke soon filled the entire house. We opened the door, turn on the fan and waited outside for a second because the smoke was getting to my eyes. When the smoke went away we continued our lesson. A couple minutes later it started smoking again. So we did the same thing again. The fire heater smoked up the house three time before the lessons was over. Besides that it was a great lesson.
My faith has grown this week as I have studied the plan of Salvation. As I have studied, my faith in Jesus Christ has increased. I trust in my Savior and my Redeemer.
I know that Jesus is the Christ and that as we trust Him our lives will be better. His hands are the safest and will hold us us when we are low. I know that His arm is stretched out still and that He is waiting to embrace us. I know that He lives and loves us and I am so great for Him. I say these things in the name of Jesus Christ Amen.
Also a few of you may know but I wanted to share it here as well. This Sunday the 21st I will be sharing my testimony as will other missionaries that are finishing their missions. It is at 9pm ( Georgia time), over Zoom and I would love to y'all there as I share what I have learn. Here is the zoom link. Love y'all!
Also, also had surprise news that I will be coming home on the Thursday the 25th. I thought it was the Saturday the 27th but I guess change of plans. I'll see y'all sooner than I thought
