Fire 🔥 flyers! January 8, 2024

 Hello Everyone, 

Before I forget, I have something to say/write. Just like I always do. I am very grateful for the blessing of this time in my life. One of those blessings is the news that the first area I served in will be become a ward on Sunday. I am grateful for all the Missionaries that helped the Branch get to this point. I am more grateful for the members who live in that wonderful area. They have changed my life and I love the faith and dedication they have. I am most grateful towards God who has brought this blessing. Thanks to the Ellijay Branch, soon to be the Ellijay Ward! 

With this news, and just how I have been feeling, I have done a lot of reflecting this past week. No I have not been more focused on going home. But I have been seeing all the wonderful experiences that I have received. All the growth I have done. Sometimes it is hard to see the growth, only because it all goes by so fast. I feel as though I have always been this way, but then I look at my past self and I see that I have grown. I also see some moments that are funny to look back on because of how small they seem now. I love the growth and Elevation I have experienced here in Georgia. If you are reading this and it feels that I have said these things before you would be correct. I have loved Elevating and I will continue to Elevate.  

Now that I talked about reflecting, I need a moment to think about what happened this week. I'll be back I just a moment. 

Alright, I'm back. This week we found quite a few people this week. I was great, and it is nice because we have been building off the momentum that we had last week. I am seeing the hand of the Lord in a lot of aspects of this area. Hope to see what happens this next week. 

With us trying to help the area more we sat down and focused on what we want to improve on. So we made goals and plans, and it was fun. I am glad that we did because we felt inspired to go and make a Book of Mormon study flyer. I am very pleased with out it turned out. Don't worry I'll attach a photo.  

Many times this week I felt joy for this Gospel to the point that it was overflowing. I am happy, and I know that has come from living The Gospel of Jesus. Peace comes as we follow to footsteps of the Savior.  

This week I wanted to study along with the Come Follow Me program. I loved diving deeper into The Book of Mormon and the truths found before 1 Nephi. I know that the Book of Mormon is true. It has changed me into a happier person. I use to not like reading anything, but because of the Book of Mormon I am excited to read the Word of God. It's what I look forward to when I wake up. The Book of Mormon testifies of Jesus Christ and teaches powerful abiut the Atonement of Jesus Christ. The Book of Mormon had taught the power in making Covenants with God. I know that as we do we grow closer to God. I say these things in the name of Jesus Christ Amen.
