Here comes the Sun ☀ March 6, 2023
Hello there,
And it came to pass that in the last week of February and the beginning of March passed away in awesomeness.
A lot happened this week and not a whole lot at the same time. It's hard to explain so I won't, but what I said is true. So let's see if I remembered anything that happened.
We started off our week great with Zone Conference. There was a lot spiritual learning experiences and fun. Some of the take aways that I got was how beautifully simple the Gospel of Jesus Christ is. The doctrine of Christ teaches us how we can tap into the power of the Atonement of Jesus Christ. He want to help and heal us and the way He does that is giving us the Gospel that we can live by. I have seen how the Gospel changes lives and is the path towards our divine potential.
I also had a fun conversation with President Harris over lunch. Apparently he isn't as big of a fan of snow as I am, but it is good because Georgia is heaven to him.
That night we had dinner with a member who had a inactive member over with us. It was great because they built a really good connection. To the point where we could step out of the way and let the members do most of the fellowshipping. It was great to see the members involved in a great cause.
The next day we did some great service that took up quite a bit of time. But we were still able to meet with some member and teach about the restoration to a returning member. It was a good time and we were running around for a while. As we were running around we were filled with the excitement that the next day we were going to the Temple!
The Temple was amazing! I loved every part of it. The changes made to the endowed teaches more about Jesus Christ. I understand so much more this time around. I felt the entire time I was smiling with excitement. I needed to go to the Temple so much and I want to go back again again. I love to go to the Temple and I hope that all of you get to go soon.
Fun fact of the day:
It's pollen season, which means cars are covered in pollen. All of them have a yellow look to them. The trees and plants are coming back, and all I can hear in my head is the song, "Here comes the Sun" 'Bee'cause why not.

We had a hard time getting in contact with some of our friends. But it's all good we figured it out, and we were able to get in contact with some friends we have been trying for a while.
We had a good Saturday play Frisbee golf with the Elders Quorum and that was a fun! After that we went to a members house for service. We installed some fence polls at the top of their hill. I'll just say that I felt great but I was tired after that.
I know that this email is already long but if have to explain what happened on Sunday or some of the pictures won't make sense. We had a great Sunday listening to people's testimony and all were centered on the Savior, which was especially good because we had a family there that we are trying to teach. They had a great time and the members are fellowshipping them well.
After church we went to go pick up Elder Osmond to join us for the next few days. He is serving at the college campus, but right now it's spring break so which means there is no one they missionaries can talk to. So Elder Osmond is staying with us for a couple of days.
We had a great time our first day together. We saw a lot of Miracles with finding people and being able to work with members. The great part is that Elder Osmond used to serve here so he knows the members and some people that he taught that we haven't even heard of. We went to our member dinner and they instantly recognized Elder Osmond, and invited one of they friends they were helping fellowship and teach over for dinner. We had a great time and started to teach to her need because she has been going through a lot right now. We were able to testify of the Savior and His Atonement. It was amazing and it was perfect in how God works to get everyone there that needed to be there.
The Savior and His Atonement has been on my mind lately, and because of that I have found a greater love for the single event that has changed everyone's life. And changes who we are so we can be better, that is what this whole life is about and the reason He came to this earth. To save us from everything! I say these things in the name of Jesus Christ Amen!
