Gratitude into Charity and the Christmas season🎄 November 28, 2022
Joy to the world! And all those that are on this email!
It had been a great week and I feel that so much has happened and I'll try to tell it to you, but y'all know how that goes.
To start of we picked up Elder Wallgren at transfers. Being in a trio is a lot of fun, and I look forward to seeing how this transfer will be. While at transfers I got to day goodbye to Elder Bevans. He has finished his two years and is headed back to Canada. I'm going to miss him.
The beginning of the week was challenging, but still great! Challenging because I could barely talk, and what I could say would hurt and no be very clear. Great because we just hit the ground running. We just started talking to members and anyone we saw. It was wonderful! We would share messages on gratitude, and I have noticed that the more I share about gratitude the more grateful I am. Also with Thanksgiving being this past week I had Thanksgiving dinner almost everyday. Members have also been kind enough to give us leftovers. So I am grateful that our fridge is full of wonderful food.
As we start to transition from one holiday season to the next, we are listening Christmas music as much as possible. It has been a blast.
The biggest thing that I am focusing on is having Charity. This is something that is perfect time of the year, but it is also the perfect time in my life for me to do so. I know that it will help me a lot, but most importantly it will allow me to be more like my savior. Through the power of His Infinite Atonement.
Thanksgiving day was great day! Actually it was a great night, and during the day no one really wanted to talk to us. At least the few people we did try to talk to. Somewhat understandable. We were allowed to be at our dinner for two hours and it was wonderful. We went over a member home and she had her family over with her and it was a great. We had wonderful conversations and laughs and were able to talk about what we do as missionaries.
Well now we have got to get going, but it has been fun.
I know that gratitude is was comes before all great attributes of Christ. I know that now but I know that I will know that of a surety when I allow the Atonement of Jesus Christ to enable me to become better. This is a crazy time, but we can do all things through Christ and I say these thing in the name of Jesus Christ Amen.
Our wonderful trio
Service is raking a lot of leaves, I lost count of the amount of bags we filled.

Goodbye the Elder Bevans, note the high difference on the two of us. Yes he is that tall.
Love Y'all, have a great week and merry Christmas!
