Dacula 1st & Grayson October 10, 2022
Hello Everyone,
Good Afternoon everyone! It has been a good week, and honestly I forgot what has happened this week so give me a second.
While we are waiting on my memory to kick in, I have news! I am headed off to my new area. Dacula 1st & Grayson here I come. I am excited and look forward to a new adventure. I am going to miss a lot of members in this area.
Looking back I know ow that there where a lot of challenges, but there are also a lot of good memories. Working with Members can be a challenge sometimes, but it is so worth it. I love the people in this area, and I just want them to be happy. I'm feel that I don't know what to say. I don't like saying good bad, I'm also very bad at it. While I have been here I have learned a lot and I feel that I have made a great effort to grow closer to Christ. I definitely could not have made it these past few months without Him. And I know that I have a lot learn and a lot more that I need to do. I'm going to miss the Hamilton Mill Ward, and this district.
Now to this week....
We spend quite a bit trying to get in contact with people again. We also wwrr able to go and play ultimate dodge ball with the priests. For the most part that was the week. But the greatest part was working with the member's in helping them in their missionary efforts. We went over to a members house and had a good lesson with them and after we were able to talk to them about how we could help their parents receive the Gospel. It would bring the Sister to tears because she has been trying to help them for years and knows that she will be a big part of them receiving the Gospel. I love them and their parents and I wish them well. We had another member house that we stopped by where their niece came to church a couple of Sundays ago, and I remember having the impression to tell her, "Thanks for coming to church. We enjoyed having you there, and we would love to have you back." We invited her to come to church. And she said that she would.
Sorry this is a shorter email.
I know that Christ is aware of our situations. He is the Master, and He serves us. I wa t to be like Him, and I am trying to become like Him. It is not easy, but it is worth it. I say these things in the name of Jesus Christ Amen.
