Ah, Elder Carrasqillo we meet again! November 14, 2022

 Hello All ye fair people of the land, 

I feel that I don't have too much to report on for this week, so that is the end.

I do feel that way but I'm great at filling time and talking so this is going to be a long one. 

So yeah, lot of the same trials as last week, but we had some great moments. I'll start with my favorite day. We had exchange with the ZL's. It was a great day, and I love spending time with Elder Carrasqillo. I have gotten to know him for sometime seeing how he was the ZL in my last area. We had a great time getting along and we just started to go to work. We saw miracles as we would visited to members and talked to everyone. We found some wonderful people. 

There was one person that Elder Carrasqillo talked to in Spanish, but thus person was on his out driving away in his car. He said that we could come back another day, and drove away. We realized that we hadn't taught him anything, but started to report right then and there. As we reported the man pulled around the corner and parked right in front of us. We were surprised and walked over and taught him a little bit and wished him on his way looking forward to seeing him next week.  

We had a lot more miracles after that. We had a Book of Mormon class, and I loved it. I was amazed with what I had learned and how I was able to talk to others about it and to help them understand what was going on. Plus I learned some other things about the chapter. If you want to known what chapter : Mosiah 7-8. 

From there we went to a member meal and they most spoke Spanish, so that was fun. The Father did speak English and talked a lot about. He told us about his life story and how he met the church. It was wonderful.  

Most of the exchange was talking about how I was doing and how my area and compionship were doing. It was great to talk to someone about it, and I knew that I wasn't alone, and that I had support.  

That was the highlight of my week. 

We also did have a great lesson with our Friend and his wife. Both of them came to church the previous week and loved it. We had a great lesson with them where they were open and willing to read and Pray about the Book of Mormon. That was wonderful and I am thankful for how the wife opened up and said how she had a relationship with Jesus christ and and seeking to further that relationship. It was great, plus we also got a member there and he helped a lot.  

Well that was most of my week. I have interviews with President tomorrow, and I'm looking forward to it.  

I know that Christ is there in the hard times. He is always there, and I know that I can do all things through Christ. He is my strength and my support, He is who has my trust. I know that I am in His hands, and I am an instrument in His hands to do this great work, and you can too! I say these things in the name of Jesus Christ Amen.
