Weekly planning through the mountain weekly weekly weekly planning

 Hello Everyone!

How are you?
Yeah me too, this week of been busy.
Have you notice how time flies when you are having fun?
Yeah me too, it's a blast some much fun and not a lot of time to tell it all.

I'm one week older and wiser too, and I feel that this has been absolutely fantastic, and I don't know where to start. So I will not start from the beginning. It will be in the Middle.

On Wednesday we got to go to the Georgia Atlanta Temple, and loved it. Going to the Temple always brings peace and comfort into my life and love to see how all the Temple look different but feel the same. It truly is the best place on Earth. For all those that are close by please go to the Temple even if all you do is look at it from the outside.

There is beauty there that can not be described, only felt. That feeling is a feeling that last with you for all of eternity. After the Temple I got a chance to hang out with the Zone with a lot of new faces. We played some more volleyball, and I did have the clothes to change, so I was playing volleyball fully dressed as a missionary. And I have to say I enjoyed might do it again some time. Because I have been called to serve.

On Thursday we went on Exchanges again, and this time I stayed up in my area. This time I didn't have just one companion, but two Elders. Yes was in a trio, and I was taking the lead. It went pretty good, I could have done better but you can always say that. We were able to have a blast and for dinner I got to eat the biggest burrito in my life while we had a great conversation with members husband. From the beginning we talk about gospel and life and how we can see God's hand in our life and when we do we have a better time. The entire day we were driving all over the place until after dinner where I had to write up a email to our branch about how our missionary week went. While we were doing this, we met someone else who saw God's hand in his life and it showed him that he was here for a purpose. What a comfort it is to see our Heavenly Father hand in our lives and know what the purpose of our lives are while we are here on this Earth.

So now at the beginning of my week. MONDAY. It was a shorter p-day because we were going to the Temple later in the week. This gave us the chance to do some more missionary work. So we start going for it driving out into the middle of no where trying to see if people would be willing to listen to our message. I drove for a long time, from house to house with no one being home. It was hard but we kept pressing forward. More than of couple hours later we found two people that were home. At first I thought that they were not going to listen to what we had to say. But we start talking and sharing our message. They were so open about their life, which it is surprising how many people will be so open about their lives.
They shared how their lives have been hard. We shared with them the love of Jesus Christ, and how it is infinite and undying. We talked for a while and they said that they would love to have us come by another time. You can't always see the blessing at the end of the road until you get there. So press forward, don't stop; there are blessing after the trails no matter how hard they may be. After that we found a lot of beautiful sights that we just had to take pictures. For all of you that did notice I was wearing glasses. It's true, I found out a little bit before I left that I need them while I drive. So yeah that's a new experience that I have to say I quite enjoy.

I am finding a new appreciation and dislike for planning. We spent our entire day planning out our next 10 days. It is not supposed take that long, but we also were diving super deep into it and helping out some members at the church building. I love making plans to help all of the people that we are helping teach and live better lives, but I don't like doing it for the entire day. I'll find gratitude for it eventually.  Excited for this up coming week for many reasons. I won't tell you about it because "spoilers". Y'all just have to read about it in my next email.

Sundays are the best days as always. This time we had a special speaker during Sacrament meeting. He asked to give the talk which is awesome, especially since he is 8 years old. That's crazy for me to think about it. He also have an great talk. I'm not just saying that because he was 8, he used scriptures spoke from his heart. It also was a couple minutes long. It was awesome. Felt the spirit strongly that day. We also had our Zone devotional which makes it crazy to think that it was my second one already. We had a blast. Where we invited the older youth bonding with them and sharpening our skills to share the restoration of the Gospel, it was a great time where they asked me to conduct the music which I love doing especially since I did it better this time around. Driving around make things more fun don't know why it just has. Maybe I'm going made with power. Probably not, but you never know, but you hope for the best.

Well I didn't share everything about my life this week, but that's because there is simply to much, and I can't remember it all because it goes by so quickly.

I know that the message of the Restoration of the Gospel brings light into our lives. Weather we had light before or we were in darkness. The light reaches us all and brightens our lives. I have felt this light and I know that it comes From a loving Heavenly Father and his son Jesus Christ. I known these things to be true and I say these thing in the name of Jesus Christ amen.

No numbers this time, but....

Some are at the Temple other are some in the middle of nowhere, but beauty is still found all around

P.s.  sing my email title to Secret tunnel from Avatar the Last Airbender, it's what we do every time.

  1. Thank you for sharing this. I read it shortly before I set myself to do some planning, which has often been a struggle for me in the past. Your message strengthened me to press forward with greater faith. Thank you!
