This day has been coming for a while, and I'm so glad that I here at last. Many people have helped me get to this point where I can go and serve. I have always known that I wanted to go and serve a mission. I would find out later why it was so important and why I had to come to the decision on my own. This was my choice that I made because this is how I wish to to spend my time. Over time I chose to serve a mission because this is how I can show my gratitude for what my Lord and Savior has done for me. He gave His life for me that I may choose and repent of my sins, and because of his sacrifice I can sacrifice part of my life solely to serve his people. I love Jesus Christ and because I love him I choose to live by his commandments and do his work. I have chosen to take his name upon me because I love him and my Heavenly Father. This is the action that I can put behind my faith in him. I look forward to the next two years and the challenges that will come my way. I can't wait...
